The breakfast included fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
I found the atmosphere quite chilly, especially in the morning, despite having a heater. The noise from the laundry room nearby and the room above us made it hard to relax and sleep undisturbed. The state of the garden left much to be desired, disappointing considering the promotional images I had viewed beforehand.

The Beautiful King Suite was really cozy and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. I loved the comfy bed and how warm it felt. The electric blankets were a nice touch, too! Just wish there were a few more outlets for charging devices, but overall it was a great stay.

Enchanting stay in a historic setting
Breakfast was good, with each dish thoughtfully prepared, and I especially appreciated the option to choose the menu ahead of time. Although the main garden could use a bit more care to match the fine interior, the warm hospitality and character of the hotel were nice.
